Cool Trying to lose the same 50lbs STILL! Hi from Montana!!

Hi Everyone! I am new to this forum. I have been trying to lose 40-50 lbs for 4 years now. I have tried alot of things, WW, HcG, low carb, low sugar, low fat, etc. All the while doing cardio and strength training. So frustrated!! Now I just read the Eat CLean Diet ReCharged and am so encouraged! It makes sense, no counting anything and it is simple. I have not been 100% or anything, but just making more of the right choices and intensifying my workouts. Looking for support and wanting to offer support is why I am here! Thanks for any new friends and comments!

Thumbs up Hi from Nebraska!!

I too have the same struggle. I started at 240 in the fall of 2007 and lost 48 lbs the first 3 months. Since that time I've lost 8lbs, I think that the key to it is diet and finding one that is right for you. I am currently doing the Insanity workouts after doing the P90X one, I'm losing inches but not weight.

Just don't give up and give in. Keep at it, the weight didn't build up in a couple of months, so it will probably take a while to come off. good luck to ya!
