Hi Everyone! I am new to this forum. I have been trying to lose 40-50 lbs for 4 years now. I have tried alot of things, WW, HcG, low carb, low sugar, low fat, etc. All the while doing cardio and strength training. So frustrated!! Now I just read the Eat CLean Diet ReCharged and am so encouraged! It makes sense, no counting anything and it is simple. I have not been 100% or anything, but just making more of the right choices and intensifying my workouts. Looking for support and wanting to offer support is why I am here! Thanks for any new friends and comments!
