P90X and BBL
Hi
I am on week 4 of P90X and I absolutely love it. I am realizing tho that this program really isn't attacking some of my 'problem areas'. I have gotten BBL and want to try and create a hybrid P90X/BBL program. My problem is since I am new to this whole working out at home and following a program thing that I have no idea what I am supposed to be doing to create a Hybrid program. I would love it if someone could just tell me what to do.
I also don't want to mess up any results and would like to know if anyone has tried it and what their results are like.
I know I can workout to up to an hour and a half a day. I just have a hard time with anything more due to work and my little peeps.
