WOW! I thought for sure I would at least maintain or gain a pound, but I lost 1.6 and am now down 20 pounds!!! I am so excited! I guess I should have realized that I wouldn't gain because the highest my calories got was 2500 and while that is over what I allow it wasn't enough to cause a gain at my current weight. Only 38 pounds until I hit Onederland!! Hopefully I will reach that by October 1st!
Awesome job! Funny, we seem to lose weight at the same rate. If I remember right, I started counting calories the day after you did (April 22) and I just reached my 20 lbs lost today too.
