Default Bodybugg

Has anybody here tried Bodybugg? I just started going to the gym trying to lose some weight, and I’ve heard from many people that getting one of these is essential for my success. Since Bodybugg is bit pricey I am hesitant to just go out and buy one. I would like to hear somebody’s experience with this little device. Has anybody tried it? Did it work? etc
I apologize if there is a similar thread, I was unable to find it.

Head on over to General Diet Plans and Questions. There is a very active Bodybugg/GoWear Fit community!

If money is an issue I suggest the GWF. It's half the cost and the monthly membership is also cheaper.

It really helped me to see where I was lacking- I now get at least 10k steps a day and rarely burn under 2k calories a day

If you are new at weight loss maybe try on your own for a little while if you aren't sure you want to spend a couple hundred dollars on something.

I think I will try on my own first and see where that takes me. Thanks for the tip about the GWF. I didn't even know what is it so I had to google it. It certainly is cheaper and seems to be doing the same thing.

It IS- and everyone I know who switched prefer the GWF- it works exactly the same and I LOVE IT. In fact the GWF tracks sleep as well. The older BB's don't do that- but the new ones I heard do now.

A tip if you do get it buy a few extra bands- my first one wore out after three months of daily use (I wear mine 24/7 unless I am showering- I switch arms daily). I have two that I interchange now.
