Tell us more! How are you trying to lose weight? That is, are you a calorie counter, do you belong to WW, or...?

How much exercise do you do? That is, exercise for 1 hour 3 days a week, or...?

Most people lose more in the early part of their program than later on.

Looks to me like you answered your own question:
"in pass attemps of excersie i have lost weight about a month after starting like litteraly one morning wake up 10 lbs off and stay off. I dont know why but thats how"

That's unusual, I think, but if you hang around this site very much, you see that just about anything is "normal" for someone. Give it your month or, maybe, six weeks, and then it's time to evaluate. Treat this as a long experiment!

Sounds to me like you are eating too little and exercising too much. I mean working out 3-5 days a week, 1.5 hours at a time is not like a little bit of exercise.

I am curious what are you calories coming out to?

You are eating special k bars, they are alot of sugar and have 5-6 grams of fat. When I was eating those I didnt lose at all. You are eating oatmeal and a cereal bar for breakfast plus juice which is loaded in sugar too. You might change your breakfast for a week and see if that helps.

I eat eggbeaters with 1 piece of lean ham and its 90 calories and 1 gram of fat. And I put salsa(25 calories) on it and its like an omlet and for 115 calories its awesome.

I have to keep my carbs like noodles, breads, cereal bars etc to a minimum to see any results.

You can find references all over this forum: that is water weight, not fat weight. And if you're having 1000 calories per day & exercising that much, then you probably are working against yourself. It's definitely time consuming, but you need to experiment to find out what works best FOR YOU. Maybe try increasing calories to 1200 & keeping exercise the same. Or decreasing exercise by 1/2 hour a day & keeping calories the same. Yeah, it seems so much like a "hit'n'miss" type of thing, but really, that's how we all find out what works for us - simple trial and error.

BUT DON'T GIVE UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That's the only thing that will definitely get you nowhere!

Eat hard boiled eggs, boil them the night before and eat them the next morning. I have a microwave egg poacher and at work I'll poach an egg and eat it with an arnold's sandwich thin and a laughing cow wedge.

Too many sugars definitely slow weight loss. You should not be eating less than 1250 calories a day- specially cuz you are working out. Days I workout I tend to eat closer to 1500 calories. Remember if your body isn't getting the proper nutrients and enough water it won't let go of the fat. When you starve yourself (yes 1000 or less calories AND working out is starving your body) you lose MUSCLE instead of fat. You don't want that to happen- eat more protein for breakfast.

You're in your first month and you've lost 3 pounds? Dear, that is GOOD! 3 pounds may feel like nothing, but it really isn't. They add up much quicker than you think.

Now if those 3 pounds are from an earlier attempt or somehow else not related, I take it back. But it looks to me like your plan IS working. That doesn't mean it couldn't be better (I agree that it looks a little too light) but don't stress out yet. Oh, and as for the clothing size, that went around here recently and it wasn't uncommon to take 25 pounds or more to lose that first dress size. Just warning you, don't expect that quickly.
