I am working full time and going to school at night. So there isn't a lot of time for exercise. I've been running and walking because they are the most convenient and efficient way to burn calories. However it's boring after a while. So now I have started swimming once or twice a week (pool is rather far and the hours are limited). I am thinking of taking up kayaking.
Anyone else who has found fun ways to exercise that doesn't feel like exercise?
