Default Let's Get Out of the 2-Teens!

I just hit 219 this morning, so now I need to get out of the 2-Teens! I'm looking forward to getting down to about 202, because I think that's where my BMI officially goes from "obese" to "overweight." When I lost all that weight in 2007 and got down to a healthy BMI, I never imagined I'd go back up to obese again! Well, I'm heading back down, and I'm not looking back!

Hi! I still have 220 on my ticker which I vowed to only officially weigh in and change on Sundays, but I unofficially weigh in every morning, and I'm in the 2-teen range. (official weight to be posted tomorrow!) I really want to get out of the 2 teens, so I can get through the next ten lbs ( the 2-singles) so I can get to onederland!!

I can't wait to get into Onederland either. I'm only 3 pounds away from getting out of the 2-teens and it will also put my BMI in the overweight category. The second I get close, (I was 210 last week one pound away) my weight jumps back up. Well this week I'm going to be real careful about what goes into my mouth and maybe add in a few extra walks. My official weigh in is Friday so we'll see what happens.

Well over the past month and a half I made it down to 211 which I havent seen since jr high. If anyone recalls Im getting a tubal reversal and I had to be at 215 to qualify for surgery and Im at 211 with surgery on Monday Aug 16th! Im excited and scared at the same time. Im praying I dont gain anything while Im recovering from surgery. I-ll stick to my same food plan but I wont be walking much. I can do it. I had a goal to be 200 by Christmas so I plan on sticking to it. Pray for me...Thankyou.

Congrats on the loss! 64 down total, that's awesome!!
I'll definitely keep you in my thoughts and prayers, especially this Monday... but everything's going to be great for you! I have a feeling you'll hit your Christmas goal much sooner than Dec 25th.
( maybe in a couple weeks I'll be out of the two-teens too)

Well, I saw my last post and I was 218. Im down to 211 now, my cycle slows me down with that dreaded water weight, so I lose a week each month! I didnt hit that Aug 31st goal of 210, but Im about there @ 211 & not too bad considering earlier this year I set a Christmas goal of 200! I think this 11 lbs is going to be hard. I know I-ll do it but I cant wait to see 199!
