Ok... so... it kind of relates to the scale... kinda doesn't.
I started all of my calorie counting and REALLY working out after I had already been doing:
Wii Fit Plus
and
Horseback Riding
And I had also already been starting to eat less than normal. Apparently something... either from the recent stuff or the old stuff worked... because I got on the Wii Fit today for the first time since mid-April.
I'm four pounds lighter than my last measurement.
Not a HUGE victory... but I couldn't help but smile.
And then... of course... I went and did about an hour's worth of exercise on there (hour according to it... I was actually doing it from 5:10 to 6:35... but you do have to press the button intermittently), and I have my C25K in about an hour and a half... so yeah.

Hopefully when I look back on these threads in August I can smile and wave goodbye to my size 16 flabby 214 lb self.
