I can totally relate ,its mad because when your working and so busy you almost think if i had more free time i could commit more to losing weight , attend the gym more etc etc
And then when your unemployed you have all the time in the world and still cant get a weightloss routine.
Heres my story.....
I worked as a nursing assistant but ive had problems with back spasams so after a bout of sickness i decidede to follow my career path of working in the police. I went back to collage to study Uniformed Publice Services leaving my job to study full time HOWEVER being a MATURE student it all back fired.
It came about i was not entitled to any funding or support or loans to fund my eduvation so i had to seek benifits. And with my collage being qiute away form where i live it was becoming a financial struggle and i had to leave and seek employment.
I am still unemployed and its so frustarting , and although i have all the time somedays , looking fo work can be a full time job ..........also i get in ruts that make me down which makes me over eat and not exercise and with lack ov money getting to the gym or for a swim is a luxary that is rare.
I am trying to make this unemployment phase wirk for me best i can so i dont get down, keep myself busy and ive started working out with DVDs. Its is a situation that only ppl that have been unemployed understand.
But make the best of what you have , things can only get better . GOOD LUCK
