This morning I FINALLY broke my stupid plateau of hovering in the low 280s and slid into the 270s, and it's starting to feel real. I went through a few rough weeks of overeating, but I
got back on plan—something I never did before after slipping up on a diet. I'm actually starting to feel a little bit proud of myself for doing this the right way instead of going through my usual cycle of bingeing and starving. It's starting to feel like this may be the real thing.
