I love Campbell's broccoli cheese soup. Does the calorie and fat content on the label include the can of milk that you cook it with? I REALLY want some but I'm afraid to eat an unknown number of points.
Usually the label will indicate if it includes the milk. It'll say "as prepared with 2% milk" or whatever. I don't think it typically does include the milk. Hope you figured it out
