I think I may be addicted!

I have been doing Moksha, Moksha Flow and tonight Hot Hatha (and did my first shoulder stand..Thank you ery much )

Anyone else?

Any idea what kind of calories it burns?

It looks very interesting! There's a place around here that offers it but, honestly, I think I may be too big for it. Is that possible? I'd love to try it but I've told myself that I'll have to wait until I'm smaller. I feel like I'm too big to get in all of those positions!

I love it! Have been doing it for over 3 weeks now. Lost 2 inches on my hips already!

Apparently 1.5 hours of Bikram burns approx. 1000 calories and is the equivalent of running 9 km.

The hot yoga that I do (60 min) burns about 750 calories.

Yay!
