Howdy,
I made Kale chips for the family tonight. They were eaten by my teenage sons, 8 yr DD, and 21 son as well as DH. All really liked them. I do not bring potato chips into the house, so they are glad to get something this crispy and salty. NaCl 30 mg. I also used a parchment paper reducing EVOO needed.
