Talking I'm bored with food...just sayin'!

I'm bored with food

eating..or actually, making myself eat

tracking my food

Bored...Bored...Bored!!

I would rather exercise ,

....................do homework

.................................or even just WORK...

There, with that said...

I will go track the popcorn and G2 I just had.

Even with that though, I'm still short on calories. Never thought I would be the kind of person that had to work up calories...

weird.

Angela

LOL!!!1 it's always something, isn't it, Angela???

I'm pretty fed up with food as well, but from a different angle. i don't want to cook. can't be bothered with planning anything. i pack my lunch and breakfast and snacks on the days i go to the office, and for my work-at-home days, it's anything goes!!!!

had a long chat with Leenie about it this weekend [thank you, Leenie!!!!] and she pointed out that I DIDN'T HAVE TO put this pressure on myself. so who cares if i'm only eating raw veggies, dairy, deli turkey and chicken [the unprocessed stuff], fruit, crackers???? and if i want a hot meal, someone else can cook it - whether it's getting the fish guys at the store to cook a piece of fish for me, or getting a roasted chicken from the deli, or ordering takeout.

so, yesterday i bought all that stuff - and i'm OK. for now. at least my attitude's better!!

THANK YOU, LEENIE!!!!!

I so agree with you!!! I'm terrible about tracking my food. I hate fixing anything because I can eat so little of it. I just nibble on stuff in the fridge. I'm home all day every day. Except when I'm out being the mom taxi/errand runner. Thankfully my family is used to this and can look after themselves fairly well.

I'm sure I'm low on calories. I keep a mental tally of protein, but ignore pretty much everything else. I eat very few carbs, so that isn't an issue. I should be tallying calories because I KNOW i'm not eating enough. Go figure!! Not eating enough. Who would have thought?

Default bored with what I can eat

I am still in that 2 to 3 oz a meal phase, still on VERY soft foods and I still lose my cookies if I eat too much, too dry or too fast (about 1 or 2 times a week) but I am learning my worst error is when I take vitimins too soon after eating since I need water to get the horrible things down.

I eat a lot of salad shrimp and stuff like that but wow there just seems to be only so much you can do with meat, egg and dairy before you get so tired you want to cry.

I should track what I eat mostly cause I KNOW I am not eating enough and not getting enough protein some days... just bought a full bottle of Nectar and will have to make sure I do at least 1 full scoop a day on top of food. I get so bored with food I forget to eat a lot of the time

I went to st luke's, our local hospital that carries all the vitimins and stuff and dropped $140 for 2 months worth, thank goodness I am way way too vain to not take them
