Default Wanted to introduce myself!

Hi everyone I started my weight loss journey (for the 100th time) April 6th of this year and have lost about 17lbs. I still have about 100 to go and I'm determined to get there this time. I thought maybe I could get a lot of inspiration and support from this forum! I haven't been thin since I was a child and I want this so badly. Alittle about myself: I'm in my late 20's and a stay at home mom of two kids. I have a very hectic life and thats why it's always been such a battle. When you have to take care of kids and 5 dogs and a cat. Life just isnt easy. I have had fibromyalgia for the longest time and that too makes it so hard... that and the fact that I love hot wings and icecream. lol Which I haven't had in awhile now. I just need to stay motivated and thats what im hoping i get out of this forum...and maybe some friends!

Hi Melzx3, I've started and quit so many times I can't remember. Stay at home mom of five here and I love to eat. I have decided to try eating every 3 hours to keep from snacking all day. My snacking is off the chain. Tomorrow is the first day of my new journey and I am hoping I can stick to it this time. I have joined a thread to record my food and calories each day. I do believe that the threads of 3FC will help me and give me the support I need and if I mess up and I let others know, I can get the pep talk I need to pick myself up and CONTINUE, not quit this time.

Best of luck to us all.

Welcome Melz, Since Chicks can be overwhelming at first, I suggest you look for a support group or challenge to join; a small group of friends to help keep you motivated, find one you like that fits your needs, and just post to join.

Hi and welcome to 3FC.

For some "motivation" and definite inspiration, you should check out our Success Stories sections here - http://www.3fatchicks.com/forum/#success-stories

Good luck with your goals.

Hugs
Michelle
