Congrats on losing half a stone!!!

I know how you feel I have been gaining a few lbs recently because of eating a lot in the evenings! Last weekend when it was really hot I was just shovelling ice cream my mouth !

What I'm trying to do now is keep my hands and mind busy so that I don't try to binge...posting on these forums - keeps my mind occupied so I don't try and raid the fridge. Also I make sure I don't have any tempting foods in the kitchen, although sometimes it doesn't work! Another thing I'm trying is drinking a lot more water, or herbal tea etc or snacking on things like celery when I feel the urge to have something - I know, it sounds horrible D: I'd prefer a kitkat as well lol! I don't know if that's helpful at all but for me it keeps my mind and hands occupied at least for now....

I agree with what Alita says, I used to eat a lot when I get bored so now if I ever get that urge again I just drink a glass of water.

Also if you miss sweet things. One word. Watermelon. It's only 6 calories a slice!

What I've done is working out what I'm going to eat for the week. I'm not sure how slimming world works but I assume you get a meal plan or similar. And then I order online. Takes away the temptation of putting in a chocolate bar as I get to the till.

I know it's hard and setbacks are so rough. But you should just remind yourself why you're doing it and how that can only be achieved through self-control and patience.

Best of luck xxx

Probably an obvious point, but if there are certain foods you can't have just one of, don't keep them in the house! It won't necessarily be forever - I used to be like that with nuts and I can just have 10 and put them away again now. On the other hand, I've never gone back to having biccies around because it's so easy for me to just eat them one by one and 'forget' how many I've had! Swap things around a bit, try some new foods - and I'll second the point about having fruit around, isn't it free on SW anyway?
