I know how you feel

I have been gaining a few lbs recently because of eating a lot in the evenings! Last weekend when it was really hot I was just shovelling ice cream my mouth

What I'm trying to do now is keep my hands and mind busy so that I don't try to binge...posting on these forums - keeps my mind occupied so I don't try and raid the fridge. Also I make sure I don't have any tempting foods in the kitchen, although sometimes it doesn't work! Another thing I'm trying is drinking a lot more water, or herbal tea etc or snacking on things like celery when I feel the urge to have something - I know, it sounds horrible D: I'd prefer a kitkat as well lol! I don't know if that's helpful at all but for me it keeps my mind and hands occupied at least for now....
