Default Hello everyone
Hi!

So happy I found this forum.
I started WW about two months ago, is the first time I have joined a
diet program.
I decided to join for my health, my knees were achy and
I have a family history of Diabetes and Hypertension. The fact that I was also
at my heaviest weight also played a role in my decision.
I have lost 11.8 lbs since I started, and I know I need to kick it up a notch...
I think this forum will help me and hopefully I can help others.
