I dunno, I always drink a huge amount of water. I'm one of those people the waiters leave the pitcher at the table because they get tired of filling up my glass every 5 minutes.

That has happened to me on and off during calorie counting and I still haven't been able to trace the reason. I suspect it is sometimes related to what I have eaten. Sometimes my LoseIt app shows an unusually high amount of fiber in the days before (say 42g when I usually get between 27-35g a day), but it may be sometimes a lot of salt, which I don't really track.

But sometimes it could be environmental, I often have very low humidity where I live -- less than 25%. (I'm in the desert, and it's often very dry, but especially in the summer when the air conditioning is on in my office.) You don't realize how much water you exhale just breathing in a climate like that.
