My name is Monique and I am looking to fulfill one of my items on my bucket list: living a healthy lifestyle. However, I am currently quite a bit far from that goal and I’ve always had trouble maintaining my weight so I am seeking a warm community like this one!
I am 5’4” and I weigh 185 pounds at 19 years old. I would like to get down to 115 because I believe that is the best weight for my height considering I have a small frame and it is still five pounds over the 110 limit for donating blood. Of course, I’ll see where I belong as I progress towards my goals. Of course weight alone isn’t my only interest… I hope to reform my habits. I rarely exercise and my diet is quite poor.
