Default Hello everyone!
I am brand new to 3 chicks and am on the South Beach diet (fairly new to phase two). I joined this site after I decided NOT to pay for the south beach website. This one looks much more fun and it is free! I am hoping to meet others who are going through this weight loss thing on the beach and trying to live healthy lives. I hope to get to know lots of you and make friends.

I just joined 3FC not to long ago to, and its great! An so much better than paying for support, here you get it free which is the best support you can get!! Good luck on your journey!
