Well I started reading through these posts a few weeks ago and figured It's time to say hello.
Right after Easter I got on the scale and saw 210 lbs.

That is heavier then I was during all of my pregnancies. I never struggled with my weight before but a few years ago I got extremely depressed and then also quit smoking and ended up gaining 40 + pounds. After Easter I made a promise to myself to eat better and get more exercise. I have lost 15 lbs in about 6 weeks now. I am so happy to be back in onderland!! Off to a good start but still have so far to go. So I figured this is a great place to find support and friends to go through this journey with.
I met my first goal which was to get out of the 200's!!

Next up down to the 180's.
