Default "Newbie" kind of...
I've been here before, but don't remember my old name so I had to sign up with a new one.

I have lost 5 pounds in the last week and a half just buy not eating as often, as much, and cutting down on the crap food!

I still have a long road ahead of me, but I really want to lose weight to feel better, be healthier, more energy, etc.

Nice to "meet" all of you!
