It's like the body bugg they wear on the biggest loser. It measures your calories burned for the day. link to it I ordered it up off amazon with the monitor. Ended up being about 260. Hoping it will help motivate me to do more and to lose the rest of this weight.

OK, that sounds awesome. So do you wear it all day. When you are working out and when you are just living life LOL... That's amazing.

So you will basically know how many cals. you burned at the end of each day?
I might have to get one of those!
