New and anxious to get started!
Hello all! I've been reading the forum for a couple of days to get a feel for things.
A little information about me... I'm currently at my heaviest, 344 lbs. I have lost and gained about 50 lbs a couple times in the last 2 years. Each time I've lost with diet and exercise, then fell off the wagon and gained some back and lost again, etc. You all know what I'm talking about!
This last time I gained everything back plus some when I quit smoking, Janurary 24, 10. I decided that it would take longer to lose all this weight than it would to quit smoking so I focused on that and now I have GOT to get this weight off.
I absolutely refuse to buy the next size up and I really want to feel (and be!) healthy. When I'm being proactive about an exercise regimen I feel great about myself and I have more energy.
I'm hoping that by finding support here I can finally stop yo-yoing and make this a permenant lifestyle change!
