Fresh start
I have been on and off here for about 2 years now and I am back. I have started my blog back up and I was lurking here for a few weeks now. I tend to not post a lot but it really helps just reading the forum.
My goal is to lose 129 pounds and I started last Monday. I am starting off slow and taking something out of my life each week that has hurt me in the past. Last week I started with soda and sweet tea; this week I am doing away with sweets such as deserts.
So far I am doing well, I have not cheated at all and that is a BIG accomplishment for me. I have lost 6 pounds and I feel great. I just wanted to pop in and say hi.
