Hi guys! I am terrible at intros, but I figured I should do one...I'll try to make it brief. I'm a 24 year old female, originally from Tennessee, but currently living in Washington, D.C. . I am a Western Horseback Riding instructor, and I love my job...and it keeps me very active! I have had a weight problem for most of my life, but sometime around January I decided to do something about it. No, really, I mean ACTUALLY do something about it, not just say I was going to. So I started eating better, keeping track of things, boring, boring, boring. Counting calories, exercising (my job keeps me active so I have to REALLY push when I exercise), etc. Since January I have lost 30 pounds...and that makes me really happy. I joined here because I wanted other people to talk to about what I have to deal with, especially on days when it's particularly a pain. So here I am!
At any rate, I just wanted to say hello to everyone, and let you know I'm glad I'm here!
