Hi All

I am happy I found this site. I have never done anything like this before, but I think it just might be the thing to keep me motivated and accountable. Now if I can only find that May challenge forum I saw last night. Good Luck to all the other newbies and and of course veterans too. Hope we can rack up the numbers we dream of.

What about the guys?

Hi Frankie, I am only a month old here. It takes awhile to find a little home and an ongoing conversation that is for YOU, but it's worth it. There is no end to solid advice around here, and anything you're going through someone else here has been there and has your back. It's easy to read something great like your found and then not be able to find it. I recommend the "thread tools" link above each thread. You can subscribe to the thread if it interests you, then it is always stored in "User CP". Easy to find. That little bit of advice someone gave me really helped.

Welcome aboard. Have fun. Good luck with your goals. I hang out in the Primal thread in the Low Carb Forum. I am experiencing good results with that approach after a week. If low carbing interests you come say hi. It's a good group.

Sorry BibBob, I didn't mean to slight the guys here. You go guys! Thanks for the thread tip and I will check out the low carbing cause I need my protien to survive, but I love my healthy carbs (fruit and veggies) too! Thanks again for the show of support.
