Default NSV for me!

Last weekend hubby and I and our friends went to the city wide yard sale. I had to find me some clothes. All I had was 24's and couldnt keep them up. So when I was shopping I bought 22's 20's 18's and 16's so I would have stuff to fit for a while.

When we got home I started pulling things out and hubby says those are too big. I didnt think so. I tried on everything. Well the 22 's were way too big, the 20's were too big and the 18's fit perfect. The 16's almost fit....YEA!!!

I am so excited its been probably 15 years since I wore an 18

Yay!!! What fun. If you don't mind me asking, how long have you been working on this loss? I am just starting out at your starting weight - can't wait to be 203 and in an 18.

Awesome... It is also great that you were able to find them at a yard sale! Being plus sized generally means that you have to spend a fortune on clothes even if you know you will be out of them shortly.

I started Jan 18th 2010. My husband and 2 daughters did too. Total we have lost 150lbs. I am very strict tho. I do calorie counting and I also watch my fat and carbs. Lots of fruit veggies and water.

I also walk atleast 2 miles a day. I bout the $10 DVD at walmart Leslie Sansone 5 mile fat burning walk. And it has made a huge difference.

Good luck...and just know there are hundreds of people that are here that will help support you and push you.

Major Kudos! You deserve those 18's and will be in those 16's (and below!) before you know it.

I live in Texas... **** they featured our state on the Biggest Loser a couple of weeks ago as the fattest state in the country.
They were specifically in my general neck of the woods.

Even with that being the case... there aren't that many places you can get clothes that look at all decent for anything less then a forture. I just spent nearly $250 at Lane bryant for a dress, pants, bra and spanx and I just know that the pants won't fit in a month (at least if I keep up the pace I have been going)... I luckily have quite a few older clothes that can tide me over during the transition. Can't wait till Kohl's clothes start fitting me correctly... at least their plus sized stuff isn't quite so rediculous.

Wow! That must have felt so good to fit in pants three sizes smaller than you thought you were!! I can't wait to fit in 18's again.
