Default Down 3 more pounds!

I just finished week 2 and weighed in this morning and I am down 3 more pounds! Woooohooo! I am so excited! The biggest challenge for me is being patient. I forget that it took me 14 years to put on this weight and it isn't going to come off overnight. So, a total of 8 pounds in two weeks makes me happy!

I am so thankful for this forum where I can tell someone what I am doing, read about struggles and successes. It reminds me that there is hope and I do have a healthy, thinner woman inside me.

8lbs is a great accomplishment, a gallon of water weighs about 8lbs, so lift one up and be amazed!

Thanks everyone! It feels great. I know it sounds silly, but I can kind of tell I have lost weight. My shorts and jeans aren't as uncomfortable on my waist and I definitely have less bloat in the tummy area - because I haven't been stuffing myself.

I don't think this is silly at all! I started on my weight loss journey just one day after you (my two weeks is tomorrow) and I was just thinking the same thing this morning.

And yesterday I was able to get into a pair of jeans I haven't been able to wear for almost a year, and they weren't too tight!

Congrats on two weeks of a healthier you!!
