Hey guys!
I've been around the diet block a few times..

I've lost this same weight a few other times in the last 7 years and here I am again. Making this THE time by learning how to eat for life instead of just doing an unsustainable crash diet for 2 months.
I'm using the Loseit app on my iPhone and it's been going pretty well. I've lost 5 lbs since I started on 4/22. Probably all bloat but it's still motivating! I'm a 27 year old female.
