Hi, I'm Rebecca. I have been eating really terribly lately, I am a terrible closet snacker. I feel so guilty after I overeat on these snacks, and I don't know why I still do it. I believe I've let it go on long enough, and I want to end, especially with my senior prom in just a few months! I think all I need is some support and advice.
I am just starting out but just take it one step at a time. All those extra snacks just make you feel bad and don't do a single good thing for you.
I am just trying to get through the evening. I have had enough to eat today and have to say "no" to ice cream in the freezer, or a couple of slices of toast that I don't need.
