I agree you should do something, mostly because I need a no-excuses plan. I haven't been sick yet this time around, but when I was before, I used to go to the gym when I was sick, turn around and walk back out.

I just needed to keep the routine. I remember that slow swimming felt really good on my lungs as did the Spa (dry heat) afterwards. Running produces too much phlegm for me.
