Well hello...
Well...where to start? I've never been a small girl, and that isn't my plan. I want to be a healthy girl. I have dieted my whole life, basically. I was healthy in high school. I played sports and was active. After a nasty break up I did diet pills for a bit. The kind of diet pills they don't sell anymore...but I got down to my lightest. Nothing else I had tried had worked...nor has anything I've tried since. My boyfriend and I are trying to get healthy. Together. The hard way this time. I started at 211 pounds. My heaviest (that I know of...I hate scales). I am currently down about 15 pounds and I am looking forward to this longer than I am used to journey. But I am content with the fact that I am doing it the right way this time and that the weight will stay off.
