An apple with peanut butter in the afternoon.... I couldn't believe how sweet that first bite of apple tasted to me. It's still my favorite afternoon snack....
When I went into Phase 2 when we were on the beach a few years ago, I was more than just a little nervous... I stayed on Phase 1 for an extra week because I was so scared... but it went fine... I had a one pound gain the first week I added grains, but the next week that pound was gone and took a couple of it's "friends" with it.
This time around I didn't hesitate... I added my serving of fruit on Day 15.... no problem....
