Default Losing alcohol weight...

soooo I'm going out tonight and plan on drinking a fair amount.
As such, I know I'll go up tomorrow...any suggestions for getting the weight back off? Lots of water for sure, but anything else?
I never get hangovers so I'm not worried about that, just about the calories from the drinks! I'm going to try and stick to the low-cal drinks that I googled but we'll see.
Last time I drank was christmas, and that was only a tiny bit. Before that it was the christmas before I'm looking forward to having a good time!

Write down EXACTLY what you're drinking, how many, AND STICK TO IT! Write it on your hand if you have to.

If you work these calories in for the day, and don't eat a bunch of food after, the water weight will be off in a few days. Drink water I guess, your body will shed it when it wants to though.

Enjoy yourself!!! Don't get in any trouble lol.

Well, alcohol calories are just like any other calories (minus the nutritional benefits, of course ). So, if you planned those calories in, as you would with food, then don't worry about it. And if it's a "cheat" day, then you would get the weight off as you would with regular food; get back to counting whatever it is you count and get back to exercising!

Have fun!

Honestly?

I wouldn't drink that much. I don't anymore, and I have one, maybe two drinks over the course of the night and i always have fun. But if you do plan on drinking a lot, make sure to have water in between drinks or at least afterwards. Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate!

In my experience I always weigh in LESS after having a night out drinking. Of course I am super stingy with my calories that I eat on the day I plan to go out that night. I drink liquor not beer and always curve that not so great feeling the next day by having a "snack" on the way home usually a 2 eggs/or small crispy hashbrown at the Waffle House at 3 am.

Just my experience. I am pretty sure the weight drop is due to hydration from the alcohol but I usually drink several waters too.

Have fun! Be Safe! And don't stress it.

In my experience from over-calorie days, it usually only takes one or two days to take it back off. I usually follow a high calorie day with a low calorie day to kind of make up for it.

Try and keep your salt levels low, and drink lots of water.

But honestly, I wouldn't stress about it. If you're within your calorie limit, you know that scale fluctuations will be water-weight. Just keep OP and any increase will naturally work itself out

I LOST FOUR POUNDS!!!
lolllllll
I got on the scale this morning when I first woke up and didn't believe it. I put it off to me being still drunk (which I was)
Then I got on this afternoon when I woke up again, and it's still down!!!!
I'm trying not to get too excite because I know when I start drinking my water it's going to go up...but I hope at least some of it lasts? I danced my butt off last night!

There's the key...dance your butt off while you're drinking and it cancels it out!!

That happens to me sometimes too! If I'm dancing and sweating a lot I'll usually be down too! I usually gain most of it back when I start drinking water like mad the next day due to the hangover, but usually I'll keep a tiny bit of it off.

No hangover for me (thank god!) but I am drinking lots of water because I know I'm dehydrated. Even still, I haven't gone up that much from it. I hope tomorrow I'm still in the 270's, then I can change my ticker
