Another newbie with good intentions
Hi, I found you a few days ago and have been lurking, but today plucked up courage to register.
What a great forum!
I知 female, 42, living in Australia. I only want to lose a few lbs but even that is sooooo hard (yes, you all already know that) and will take me ages. I normally work in kg so this lbs conversion thing is going to be tricky for me.
My plan is to try and be consistent. My biggest weaknesses are 1) portion size and 2) overindulging at weekends!
My feeble excuses are a recent broken foot which has stopped my normal running/gym habits, and also a non-routine lifestyle.
I知 hoping that some interaction with fellow dieters will help my motivation and I can actually get on and achieve something instead of thinking about it a lot but not actually doing much!
I値l probably hang out mainly on the featherweights forum, and maybe the exercise one (just to dream)
