Wow, April is shaping up to be the best month this year on the exercise thread. We're all working so hard and I don't know about you, but I feel great!!!
We have 4 days to go and we're already at way over 17K!! We're 7000 mintues ahead of where we were last month at this same time. We're doing AWESOME!!
Keep moving everyone, I think we can clear 100K minutes for the year so far by the end of the month but ONLY if we all work together.
To those of you who haven't joined our exercise thread-what are you waiting for? It works if you work it. We're blessed to have Heather leading us to better, healthier lives!!
And remember-EVERY MINUTE COUNTS!!
