Sounds like you are off to a great start. I dont know much about the couch to 5k (googling it now

). Also packing your lunch is a great way to stay in control of your portions, which is something I need to start doing.
I'm doing 2 workouts a day right now. My short term goal is I have a dinner with my boss coming up in 3 weeks and I need to look my best, so I am doing a kick start for these weeks. I am briskly walking 2 miles in the morning first thing-6 days a week and in the evening-3 days a week I'm going to the gym where I usually run a mile then bike for 5 or 6 miles (about 45 mins in the gym), the other 3 nights I take a class, either kickboxing, pilates or Zumba.
As far as my eating habits, I'm cutting my portions but not depriving myself. I've tried so many diets where I cut things out and I can never stick to it, so I'm trying to do things I can commit to. So eating less, but of foods that I like. I'm trying really hard to work in more fruits and veggies, but that is still a work in progress.
So how have you been doing today?
