Im back.... Again....
Im back..... again.... LOL Its been awhile since Ive been around. Here I find myself back at square one. I do really well losing weight, and then..... I dont lose weight for a few weeks and get discouraged and give up... But Im BACK... AGAIN!
Im now up to 252.... my gw is 120... I can get there... I know it!!!!
I figured if I wrote down my reason about wanting to lose weight and posted them on here it would keep me motivated, and accountable. Here are my top 10 reasons for wanting to lose weight....
1. To be healthier, more active and less TIRED!
2. So that I am around to see my 5 yr old, 6 yr old and 2 yr old graduate high school, college and get married and have a families.
3. To run a 5k in august.
4. To look smoking hot at my best friends wedding in October, and even hotter at my sisters wedding in May '11.
5. To get my sex drive back instead of feeling disgusting.
6. To appreciate my body as much as my husband does
7. To be able to buy and wear a little black dress.
8. To be able to run around the playground with my kids and not get so tired or feel so ridiculous!
9. To be able to get rid of the pain I have in my heels (most likely related to my weight)
10. To be HAPPY, HEALTHY and one HOT MAMA!
