Hello all

my name is Meg, and I am dipping my toe in the water of getting support from (and supporting other people, of course!) on my weight loss journey.
I met with my doctor today. The blood tests that I had done last month are all normal *except* for my vitamin D. My vitamin D level is 10. I am going to add supplemental vitamin D for the next three months (3000 units per day) and get it rechecked. I have spent the winter quite ill & gained 15 pounds to boot. It has me a little down, and I am hoping that once I get my vitamin D level sorted out I start to feel a little bit better.
My plan is to go back to modified Eat to Live. I have had success with it before, and have honestly never felt better than when I was on it. One of my little ones might have a gluten intolerance, and I think that many of the eat to live recipes might be useful on our household quest to reduce the gluten in our house.
Once I lose some of my fatigue, I am hoping to get out with the stroller and walk around the neighborhood. I have also used walk away the pounds before and really enjoyed them, especially when it is cold and rainy.
It is late, and I am heading to bed, honest

I just wanted to put this out there while i was feeling it!
Take care all
