Smile Slow but Sure - Franklin TN

I am really happy that I found this site! I have been on weight watchers for 1 month and lost 8 lbs. I really notice it. I need support . I don't go to meeting - but I weigh in every Tues. I am keeping my journal. I love o cook so using a lot of ww recipes for my family.

Looking for a few buds!

Hey! I have been trying to do this too; have been battling with the same 5 pounds for some time now. I keep loosing and regaining, anyway gonna sit down this weekend and re-read my info and refocus myself. I have been doing it on my own too. Could use a buddy myself; so I'd be glad to be yours.

Red face Hi

So tired this morning...

It is hard to do this by yourself. I have support at home. I started at 220 now to 212. I need to see 2 lbs gone by next Tuesday or I will be disappointed. I weigh myself every Tues morning. I give myself Monday to "be good' if I wasn't during the weekend
haha



Stay in touch - make sure you journal everything. I find that it holds you accountable.

Just wanted to say "hi"! My sister lives in Franklin...what a beautiful place!

Lots of luck with your weight loss...ww has been good to me. I don't go to meetings either....so far I have lost 15 pounds, not too bad, and have been on since July 23rd.

Good morning! I've been away for a few days and fixing to go again! I find I have a hard time making the right choices when I'm working out of town. I know what you Mean about doing it by yourself, My DH is rail thin and can eat anything and not have to worry! It is hard to do it by yourself. I weigh every Wed. AM before I hit the shower. Well gotta go get ready for work Have a great day and I'll check in Tues when I get back in town.

Default Need to focus

Franklins a nice place - small, quiet...

Need to focus this week on the diet - I need to get over the hump. Need to lose two lbs by next Tues. 2 Lbs is so hard. Need to add walking this week.

I would like to make a mini goal - Be at 198 by Halloween .

Good tip - Try the Special K bars - blueberry or strawberry 2 pts.

Is there a low fat bagel that is good?

Hi!

Been on the road a lot this week and will be out of town tomorrow too! I'm not sure of a low point bagel. I have to stay away from the white breads due to sugar; so I would think a whole wheat one would be low in points. Oatmeal is a low point breakfast; even the quaker ones that are flavored. I like the apple cinnamon one.
