Phase 1.5 is just a sort of "tweenie" phase that several of us have made up here and follow. For me it means just one grain a day, but as much fruit as I want. The trick is to find what foods set off your cravings, and them limit them. As Lexxiss pointed out, we have a thread or two stickied in the FAQ section of this forum that discuss how to introduce Phase 2 into your diet, with a lot of helpful information.
