Default Having a problem

I stopped weighing myself daily, and I've been about to do better with my calorie intake that way. I did my weekly weigh in today after a great week of running and eating right, and I was shocked that I didn't lose a pound. So, I wanted to a) vent, and b) run my plan by some other brains.

I'm eating 1400 cal/day. I exercise every day, usually running 5-7 miles. One or two of the days I walk about 7 miles instead. My husband and I walk 2-3 nights a week, additionally. I also ride my bike to the grocery store at least once a week. I only count the running and the long exercise walks, but none of the exercise counts against what I eat. That is, I eat 1400 cal/day no matter what exercise I do. It's not my TOM, and I'm mystified. Any thoughts, chicks?

This week I'm going to try to take out sugar.

Ugh, I know how you feel. I've been feeling the same way this week. Maybe just keep at it and then weigh in next week - sometimes I've found I don't lose a pound one week and then the next week, two come off.

I'm kinda wondering if you're not eating enough calories with all the exercise you are doing.

Are yo taking body measurements? Perhaps you are losing fat and gaining muscle?

I'm not taking measurements, but I don't see a difference in my muscle mass. I was concerned about not eating enough, but I'm a little scared to increase.
