Hi all! I'm an unmarried 32-year-old woman with no kids but one awesome boyfriend and cute-as-heck dog living down in Texas. I'm 5'3, a classic apple shape (carry lots of weight in my torso), and my highest recorded weight (last fall) was 203 lbs. My goal weight is 120 lbs. I got down as low as 158 lbs a little over a month ago, but then a spell of stress/negative feelings hit me and I stopped tracking at all

. Now I'm back up around 165 (don't know exact number, will weigh myself in the next 24 hours) and I am terrified of gaining back all the weight I already lost!
I truly want to reach my goal weight and live life slim and healthy. I picked up the SuperFoods Rx book after coming across Glory87's posts in the forums and getting really inspired by them

. I am nervous and not feeling terribly confident after eating so terribly for the past month. Glad to meet you guys and hoping to build up my confidence and feel great about myself again!
