Hello, all!
Well, here I am...jumping back onto the exercise/eating well bandwagon!
I'm a 33 year-old single girl who has decided to work on herself a little before trying again to find Mr. Right. I'm currently at 249 pounds, down from my lifetime high of 255. Reaching that milestone (in addition to the fact that most days I feel about 40 years older than I really am due to being so completely out of shape) shocked me into action.
My goal is to lose 10% at a time until I reach my goal of approx. 170 pounds. My ultimate fitness triumph would be to jog, without stopping, an entire 5K. A pretty large goal for someone who can't jog 30 seconds without feeling like she's going to die.
I've lost weight before, so I know I can do it again. I'm not only hoping to gain guidance and support through 3FC, but I hope I can also be support to those going through the same journey. Ladies...we are not alone!
