Hello Northstar, I just saw that you are on day 1 as well. I think it's going to be a huge change from the carbfest I've been having for the last year! I want to lose 20 pounds before July long weekend and I will do it! How about you? I've never been on a forum, so it will take me a while to figure this out. Good luck, Kramer
