Hey Chics, Chickettes, And Chickeroos
My name's Ayshel and I'm so happy to have happened upon this site. I am currently taking a health and wellness class at my college where we needed to identify a behavior we needed to change. We couldn't pick the end result, but the actual behavior. Since I wanted to lose weight, I realized the behavior I needed to change was an increase in physical activity.
In addition to that I'm working on portion control as well as healthy choices.
Does anyone have some pointers for someone jumping into this thing head first? I want to lose about 75 lbs right now, but could honestly lose 125 and still not be skinny, lol.
By the way I started a month ago at about 262 and I'm down to 249. The under 250 threshold feels good so far.
