I'm in my 20's and have spent the last 5 years living and working in West Africa. I run a web development and IT consulting shop with my husband, here in Cotonou, Benin. 5 years of all-carbs, all-oil, all the time, on top of a lifetime of bad habits has made for a very unhealthy lifestyle. Plus, I spend all day sitting in front of a computer! Blech.
I love cheese, I cook almost everything from scratch because that's all we have here, and I'm getting a freezer this week. Yeah!
I recently joined Weight Watchers online, and I love it! I tried the meetings in college, with little success. I'm hoping for better luck this time. On 3FC, I'm hoping to meeting wonderful people to help me stay accountable. Staying on plan while going it alone is hard. Everyone who's successfully lost weight tells me its a journey. Here's to hoping I find lovely people to share it with!
