Default Up and down...


Hi. New to the forum. Du'h. I'm very happy to be here though...in such awesome company!

I currently weight 200 pounds and I am 5'4 ---I’m Afro-American (36-31-40/something) . My weight struggle is and has always been an up and down struggle. I'm hoping to turn this new cycle into a downward efficient weight loss expedition (I've tried-Alli, Phentermine, Slim Quick, Self-made diet loss drugs, etc) ~ I have PCOS so, I’ll be giving my living testimony with this curse as well. I’m going to try and stay positive and work through this and I hope my journey can help and will encourage someone else as many of your stories and experiences have helped me JUST in this past week. If anyone wants to reach out to me, please feel free.
