All Out April Weightloss Effort (Everyone Welcome!)

    Sorry about the name, there was no suggestions from March thread so I just went for it.

    So, Everyone as always post your Start weight and Goal Weight, and I will update the results on a weekly basis - I will do this each Sunday, and update any stragglers as they come in!
    (Please help to make it easy to compile results by clearly posting your actual current weight each week as well as any losses)
    (Beescwee and I may share the updating week on week off)


    Best of luck to everyone in April, March saw a combined loss of 82.5lbs between 17 of us

    I never have a very good month after such a good month but still hoping to be 12 stones by the end of April Don't want to buy new clothes until I'm 12 stones as I reakon I'll be able to buy a 16 then and need something new for an event in May so will be going all out to get down to 12 stones TOM at the moment (and scales didn't go up ) so not expecting any loss for a week.

    I'm really excited about April as I've finally gotten back on plan after a month off track and I'm almost back to where I was in early february so it's time to start losing real weight again

    I'm really hoping to break into and settle into the 180's so I'm aiming for an average 2lb a week. It's a wonderfully sunny day here in London and it's put me in a fantastic mood. Good Luck in April everyone

    Personal non-scale goal for the month: stick to my workout commitment with My Fitness Coach. Last month I wasn't too bad but skipped a few. I'm making progress with it and have started to see some changes in my shape. So I don't want it to slip.
